Finals and being a FATTY

Final exams start Monday. I have been pigging out for awhile now. I finally stepped on the scale this morning - 140.2. I have gained roughly 6 pounds. I am also expecting my period and it hasn't come yet, which could explain some water retention and my inability to diet. I have just been eating junk, including a lot of dairy products. I ordered a domino's pizza and cheesy bread and ate the whole thing by myself while watching TV on Wednesday night to "celebrate" classes being done. I locked my door while I did it so I could be in private. How pathetic is that? I can't seem to stop myself from eating junk food. But I know that once my period comes I will be less inclined to eat junk food, because that's what always happens to me. I just wish I could lose this weight before I get home because it's so hard on vacation to stay thin :( AND I am going to study abroad in Italy in a month so I need to be thin for that because as we all know, Italian food....yeah. I think all this dairy overload is killing me. I feel all stuffed up. And dairy is crazy fattening. I don't mind weighing 140.2, but the problem is (for all you math nerds) the derivative. I am on an upward trend. I need to go back down or maintain or something. So my plan is to exercise moderately this week to kick my metabolism back in gear, let my period come and reduce my binging, and reduce my dairy. It's so hard during reading period and finals to have a good diet/exercise/sleep routine since the time is soooo unstructured!!!! I also need to eat right to concentrate!!!!

  1. Italy would kill me! The carbs... I'd probably live on pizza which wouldn't be good.
